Duane Davis
Pastor

Duane grew up as a military kid and most recently moved from Raleigh where he served as a church planter, associate pastor, college professor, and high school English teacher. He came with his wife Julie, and their four children.

Justin Ross
Pastoral Intern

Justin is the co-founder and visionary of New City Cleveland. Justin has his Masters in Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO and his Bachelors from Ohio University. He is a husband, a father, a committed resident, a lay-leader at his local church, and an avid reader in his down-time. He is passionate about seeing those with privilege transformed through love, give away power, and walk humbly alongside neighbors.

Ted Yap
Director of Spiritual Formation

Ted came from Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Ashley and son Joseph. He is currently pursuing ordination through the PCA, and is excited to serve the church.

Amy Ammar
Director of Children’s Ministries

Amy is a Cleveland native who enjoys exploring nature and the local playgrounds with her three kids and husband Phil. She believes that the Gospel is good news for all people, no matter their age or background.

Wendy Waldrop
Administrator

Wendy grew up in Central Europe as a third-culture kid and has a passion for art and intercultural communication. She moved to Cleveland in 2022 with her husband Luke and young daughter Nina.
